Key responsibilities include generating quotes, conducting quality control inspections, developing and implementing technical solutions on-site, and ensuring strict adherence to all relevant regulations, standards, and legal requirements. Candidates must possess extensive knowledge of electrical regulations, proven experience in team leadership, and expertise as a service provider in the housing industry. This role also involves managing subcontractors, training apprentices, and acting as the licensed concession holder for electrical work, offering a blend of hands-on technical problem-solving and strategic operational management in a stable, future-proof environment.
