Job Summary

This role involves taking charge of planning projects, specifically focusing on Service Phase 8 (Construction Supervision) according to HOAI 2021 standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing documentation, ensuring strict adherence to schedules, costs, and quality control for Technical Building Equipment (TGA), and actively participating in acceptance procedures and defect tracking. A crucial part of the job is coordinating and communicating effectively with clients, authorities, and project stakeholders, alongside reviewing and preparing cost overviews and tenders. The ideal candidate holds a professional qualification in electrical or supply engineering (HVAC/Plumbing) and brings several years of experience in construction management, site supervision, or planning. Familiarity with HOAI, VOB, and relevant technical regulations, or a willingness to acquire this knowledge, is essential.
