Job Summary

This full-time role as a Facilities Manager involves overseeing the smooth, year-round operation of all buildings, technical systems, and facilities for the Immling Festival, a major cultural event attracting over 20,000 visitors annually. The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact for all building-related matters, managing and supervising maintenance, repairs, and technical optimizations. Key responsibilities include leading construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements, and managing documentation and reporting. This position requires strong technical knowledge in building and safety technology, proven project management skills, and the ability to lead both internal teams and external service providers in a creative and collaborative environment.
