Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Technician specializing in Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) systems, focusing primarily on Building Management Systems (BMS) and automation. Day-to-day responsibilities include programming MCR systems for Building Management Technology (GLT) using specific system types (e.g., ADS, ADX, OWS), implementing simple control loops and single-stage internal automations (like frost protection or night setback). The technician will work closely with project leaders to ensure technical requirements are met, and will be responsible for commissioning the systems and handing them over to clients and service teams, all while strictly adhering to safety standards. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechatronics, Automation Electronics, or a comparable technical field, possesses practical experience in MCR technology, and ideally has knowledge of DDC or PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7, WAGO, Beckhoff). This position offers a permanent contract, competitive pay starting at €20.50/hour, and attractive benefits like a sign-on bonus up to €1000 and up to 30 days of annual leave.

Required Skills

Education

Completed apprenticeship or degree as a Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician for Automation Technology, Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering, Industrial Electrician, or comparable technical profession.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) technology
  • Experience in building automation or plant control (ideally)
  • Knowledge of DDC or PLC programming (advantageous)
