Job Summary

This role is ideal for a Junior Development and Test Engineer specializing in active microwave devices within the aerospace industry. The core responsibilities involve the design, planning, setup, and capability testing of measurement stations used for the Acceptance Testing of high-frequency (HF) equipment, ensuring compliance with demanding space requirements. Day-to-day tasks include defining and procuring necessary measurement tools, preparing and adapting test systems (both hardware and software), conducting functional and environmental tests on automated stations, and meticulously creating, evaluating, and releasing test data. A key component of the job is independent troubleshooting and fault analysis on both test specimens and the test systems themselves. Candidates must possess a relevant technical degree and professional experience, ideally in project management, R&D, or system engineering, coupled with strong knowledge of high-frequency technology and excellent English skills.
