Job Summary

This role involves actively developing, monitoring, and maintaining IT systems within a dynamic publishing company specializing in creative non-fiction. The specialist will primarily work within Microsoft and Apple client environments, providing essential hardware and software support to employees both locally and via remote maintenance. Key responsibilities include analyzing, documenting, and resolving IT operational disruptions, participating in IT projects such as hardware/software rollouts and migration scenarios, and onboarding new employees by setting up and instructing them on their hardware. The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT System Integration or equivalent, possesses strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Windows, Intune, Microsoft 365), and demonstrates a structured, service-oriented, and solution-focused approach to their work.
