Job Summary

This full-time position, based in Recklinghausen and initially offered through temporary employment with excellent chances for permanent takeover by a global leader in the energy and process industry, seeks an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer. The core responsibilities involve the creation, maintenance, and review of critical technical documentation, including functional and control diagrams, system descriptions, and instrumentation lists. You will be responsible for the technical design, coordination, and support of measuring, control, and electrical systems, ensuring their functionality, quality, and reliability. Key tasks also include technically reviewing and evaluating supplier quotations and manufacturer documentation, and supporting commissioning activities, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT). Candidates must possess a technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics, coupled with fluent German and English skills, and demonstrate a structured, solution-oriented approach to complex engineering challenges. The role offers a competitive annual gross salary between €60,000 and €70,000, along with holiday and Christmas bonuses.
