Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the successful execution and quality control of electrical engineering works for a leading planning group specializing in renewable energy and technical building equipment (TGA) in Germany. The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all electrical trades, including measurement, control, and regulation (MCR), high and low voltage, security, and lighting technology. Day-to-day tasks include managing interfaces between planning, site management, and project leadership, conducting quality and schedule checks, reviewing execution plans and specifications, and handling documentation, defect management, and technical reporting. The ideal candidate possesses a solid background in electrical engineering (Meister, Technician, or Engineer level), initial professional experience in site supervision or execution within TGA/Electrical Engineering, and strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and HOAI standards.
