Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Industrial Foreman in Chemistry to join a highly modern bio-refinery specializing in the pyrolysis of wood to produce charcoal, aroma, and pharmaceutical chemicals. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical leadership and organization of a production team of approximately 50 employees, ensuring smooth, economically efficient production operations. Key duties include implementing production specifications, controlling and documenting processes, maintaining product quality, and ensuring compliance with all environmental, labor, and quality regulations. Candidates must possess a qualification as an Industrial Foreman in Chemistry or equivalent, coupled with professional experience in a production environment and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
