Job Summary

This role offers a secure, long-term opportunity within the chemical industry, supporting a leading company in Burghausen. The primary responsibilities involve hands-on technical work within the polysilicon production process, including installing silicon rods in reactors, setting up and fixing side walls using lifting devices and torque wrenches, and accurately adjusting and verifying gas supply and drainage lines. A key part of the job involves monitoring the automated deposition process, controlling temperature and gas settings via input panels, and managing the reactor lifecycle, including opening them post-process, extracting finished polysilicon sheets using transport equipment, and preparing for automated or manual high-pressure cleaning. Candidates should possess a completed technical or manual trade apprenticeship, strong technical understanding, and be prepared to work reliably within a demanding 5-shift system. Previous production experience is advantageous, and good German language skills are required for effective communication and documentation.
