Job Summary

The State Construction Office Augsburg is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to manage and oversee demanding construction projects for the Free State of Bavaria and the Federal Government in the greater Augsburg area. In this role, you will act as a sub-project lead for the electrical engineering aspects of building construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, quality, and coordination with various disciplines like architecture and HVAC. Your day-to-day will involve commissioning and managing external engineering firms, handling the procurement and billing of electrical services (including high voltage, low voltage, and conveying systems), and coordinating with authorities. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse, impactful public building projects from the client's side, requiring a proactive approach to technical challenges and collaborative teamwork.
