Job Summary

This role is for a Site Manager specializing in Energy and Building Technology, responsible for the preparation and execution of complex projects spanning electrical engineering, communication systems, and fire alarm technology. Day-to-day tasks include detailed personnel planning, coordination, and technical leadership of the team, alongside rigorous monitoring of project progress against deadlines, budget constraints, and quality specifications. The manager will actively participate in construction and project meetings and handle the creation and verification of necessary project documentation. Ideal candidates bring a background in electrical engineering, preferably supplemented by a Technician or Master Craftsman qualification, coupled with several years of professional experience in project execution and, ideally, previous experience in technical personnel leadership.
