Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Architect, you will be instrumental in designing and evolving the data architecture that underpins Siemens Energy’s digital finance ecosystem. Your daily activities include defining clear, consistent finance data models and data products, shaping the platform blueprint with scalable layers, and ensuring seamless data movement across finance systems. A key focus is embedding data governance, quality, and AI-readiness into all data designs. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, stewards, and BI/analytics teams, translating complex business needs into reusable, well-documented data products. This role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of experience in enterprise data architecture, coupled with strong data engineering skills (SQL, Python, or similar) and familiarity with modern data platforms like Snowflake or Azure.
