Job Summary
This role seeks an engaged Specialist Planner and Project Manager for Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary, and Climate (HVAC) systems within the building services sector. The primary responsibilities involve the technical planning of building supply technology, focusing heavily on planning phases 1 through 5 (out of 8) of the HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers). Day-to-day tasks include detailed planning using DDScad, participating in client and fixed-schedule meetings, and coordinating with various internal and external trades. Key qualifications include a degree in Supply Engineering or relevant professional experience, ideally with advanced training (Master Craftsman or Technician), and strong knowledge of HOAI, VOB, and relevant technical standards. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Supply Engineering (Versorgungstechnik) or completed vocational training, preferably with further qualification as Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker).
Experience
- Professional experience in trade and/or technical field focusing on ventilation and air conditioning technology
- Knowledge of HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers)
- Knowledge of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures)
- Knowledge of relevant technical standards and norms
