The Head of Facility Management will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team, managing efficient workflows, and maintaining the structural condition and technical systems of all real estate assets. Key responsibilities include managing cleaning services, grounds maintenance, winter services for depots and stops, and overall cost and capacity planning.
