Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Deployment Technician to join a long-term project supporting a renowned IT client in Wolfsburg. This role is crucial for successful IT rollouts, primarily involving the replacement of outdated hardware and the precise installation of operating systems across various IT devices according to client specifications. Day-to-day tasks include managing the transport and providing support for the client environment, encompassing essential peripherals like notebooks, webcams, and scanners. A key responsibility is maintaining accurate and timely documentation within the customer's ticketing system. The ideal candidate must possess vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, combined with detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems and strong troubleshooting skills related to end-user hardware and network components. This position offers comprehensive training and a long-term perspective with the option for permanent employment.
