Job Summary
This part-time role (20–25 hours/week) focuses on ensuring smooth internal IT operations for a sustainable IT hardware recycling company in Nuremberg. The specialist will be the primary contact for 1st and 2nd-Level internal support, handling issues related to Windows, peripherals, and user accounts. Core responsibilities include managing user permissions within Microsoft 365/Entra ID, performing basic network and device monitoring, and overseeing the entire device lifecycle, from inventory and setup to updates and standardization. A key aspect of the job involves creating comprehensive IT documentation, coordinating with external service providers, and implementing small automation scripts to improve internal processes. Candidates must possess either a completed IT education or at least 10 years of relevant system administration experience, coupled with a highly structured working style and strong practical knowledge of Windows and M365 environments. This position offers flexibility and the potential for transition to a full-time role.
