Job Summary

This role involves supporting and continuously developing the HR Cloud applications, specifically focusing on SAP SuccessFactors and Identity Management, within a globally active, family-owned company specializing in compressed air technology. Key responsibilities include participating in the implementation and configuration of new HR modules, managing the HR system landscape, overseeing interfaces, and coordinating external service providers. The specialist will also be responsible for implementing legal and operational requirements, conducting problem analysis, and managing system upgrades and release changes. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, LMS, or Recruiting), and demonstrate strong analytical skills and teamwork.
