Job Summary

This role seeks a Technical AX Consultant to drive the digital transformation and optimization of in-house business processes, focusing specifically on the Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system. The consultant will be responsible for the continuous development and administration of the existing system (AX Dynamics 2012 R3), ensuring its correct configuration and functionality. Day-to-day tasks include providing competent 1st and 2nd-level support to users, conducting training sessions and workshops, and advising colleagues on process design and system utilization. The ideal candidate possesses an IT background, 2–5 years of professional experience, and expertise in Dynamics AX and/or D365, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.
