Job Summary

This role is perfect for a highly motivated IT professional ready to join a dynamic, fast-growing high-tech company specializing in mission-critical communication systems for civilian and military sectors. As the central point of contact, you will manage, analyze, categorize, and prioritize customer inquiries received via phone, email, or ticketing systems. A key aspect of the job involves independently developing and implementing solutions, meticulously documenting outcomes, and collaborating closely with Product Managers and Project teams. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, comprehensive IT knowledge, and multi-year experience in IT environments, particularly with domain services (AD, LDAP) and network administration (Routing, Firewalling, VPN). Fluency in German and good English skills are required, along with a willingness to travel up to 40% for occasional onsite support, primarily for core military clients.
