Job Summary
This role is ideal for a service-oriented IT professional who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer interaction. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, and documenting tickets in 1st-level support. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing and resolving common user and system issues via phone, remote access, or email, while collaborating closely with 2nd and 3rd-level teams for complex problems. You will actively manage documentation and the Knowledge Base, contributing to the dynamic daily operations of a Managed Service Provider (MSP). The position offers a challenging, non-scripted environment, focusing on real IT support using modern technologies like Windows Client/Server, Apple Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking, providing a long-term perspective and growth opportunities toward 2nd-level support and project management.

Education
Completed IT vocational training, IT degree, or comparable qualification
Experience
- First experience in IT support, helpdesk, or service environment (advantageous)
- Professional experience in structured and service-oriented work
- Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment (implied)
