Job Summary

This role involves architecting, developing, and operating a central analytics stack and data pipelines supporting five subsidiary companies. The Analytics Engineer will be crucial in consolidating data, metrics, and reports across these entities, focusing on clear and maintainable data modeling within the data warehouse (Postgres / Azure Warehouse). Key responsibilities include defining, documenting, and implementing company-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and developing Power BI reports for various stakeholders, including product, management, and finance teams. The ideal candidate possesses a strong hands-on mentality, excellent SQL and Python skills in an analytics context, and experience with modern analytics tools like dbt and Airflow. This position offers a challenging, versatile role within a growing group focused on digital health solutions in Europe, requiring fluent German (C2) and English (C1) skills for effective stakeholder communication.
