Job Summary

This role involves driving strategic analysis, architectural design, and implementation of cutting-edge Data & AI solutions for clients across Europe. The Lead Consultant will work within interdisciplinary teams to analyze complex requirements, develop future-oriented Data & AI strategies, and deploy high-performance data platforms, primarily leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem (including Microsoft Fabric, Cloud AI & Analytics). A core focus is combining strategic consulting with deep technical conception, designing scalable architectures, and optimizing efficient data pipelines for diverse use cases. Beyond technical delivery, the consultant is responsible for the technical leadership and coaching of team members, active knowledge transfer, technology scouting for new Data & AI trends, and managing key stakeholders across customer and internal executive levels. This position is ideal for an experienced professional ready to take on a leading role in cloud-based Data & AI transformation.
