Job Summary

This role involves providing essential field service for crane systems and lifting equipment for a prominent client in the metal industry, based in Hagen, Westphalia. The Service Technician will be responsible for professional maintenance, servicing, and repair of equipment directly at customer sites, focusing on regional day assignments. Key daily tasks include diagnosing and reliably resolving both mechanical and electrical malfunctions, upgrading crane systems according to customer specifications, and determining necessary spare parts for repairs. Candidates must have completed vocational training as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, possess strong technical understanding, and be comfortable with working at heights. This full-time position offers stable, above-tariff employment in day shifts (6 AM to 3 PM) and requires fluency in German for effective communication and documentation.
