IT Project Manager | Projektleiter (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Project Manager who will be instrumental in shaping and executing global IT projects for a leading developer and producer of hydraulic components and system solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project frameworks, managing complex global IT initiatives (both planned and ad-hoc), and driving continuous process optimization, particularly within IT processes. The successful candidate will also contribute significantly to organizational development, requirements gathering, tool evaluation, and process harmonization, acting as a strategy co-designer. A key component of the role is coaching and developing other project managers and stakeholders in both technical skills and methodologies. This position requires strong proficiency in both classical and agile project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), high IT affinity, and excellent communication skills in German and English.
