Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled Platform Engineer to strengthen the development and construction teams at BAADER, a global leader in food processing solutions. The position is challenging, innovative, and offers significant potential to contribute to future solutions in the food industry's digital sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include the administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers, managing Continuous Integration (CI) environments, supporting colleagues in CI usage, and overseeing build automation and monitoring. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding testing environments, including unit, regression, and integration tests. Key requirements include a degree or vocational qualification in IT, proven experience in server administration, and strong practical knowledge of CI pipelines, Jenkins, and GitLab administration. Excellent communication skills in both English and German are essential for success in this international setting.
