Job Summary
This role is centered on providing essential First and Second Level technical support, primarily managing the telephone support hotline and resolving technical disturbances for users. A key component of the position is the administration and maintenance of the company's internal IT infrastructure (EDV). The administrator will also be responsible for conducting data evaluations, analyses, and ensuring accurate data maintenance. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT technical education, excellent overall IT knowledge, and strong communication skills for professional customer interaction. The ability to work independently and a willingness to quickly understand technical processes are crucial.
