Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing product compliance across chemical safety (REACH, CLP, GPSR) and electronic products (RoHS, WEEE, Batt-VO), ensuring adherence to all relevant national and international regulations, including those specific to toys. The Head will serve as the primary contact for authorities and customers regarding product safety and regulatory matters, while proactively staying updated on evolving legislation. Additionally, the position involves the technical leadership of the Development Laboratory, coordinating staff, managing equipment calibration, and overseeing product formulation for fountain pen ink and ballpoint pen paste. The successful candidate will also lead product development projects related to writing instruments and represent the company in the stationery association, requiring strong analytical skills, professional experience in compliance or laboratory management, and fluency in both German and English.
