Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive technical service and customer support for advanced IT solutions, primarily focusing on POS (Point-of-Sale) systems, payment solutions, and specialized hardware/software for the hospitality, bakery, and retail sectors. Day-to-day tasks include preparing, setting up, programming, and installing systems both in the workshop and directly at customer sites. A key responsibility is conducting customer training, system commissioning, and acting as the primary point of contact for technical support, including hotline service. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT or electrical engineering, strong technical understanding, and practical skills in handling hardware and software. While experience with POS or inventory management systems is beneficial, it is not mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for career starters, career changers, or those with relevant technical experience seeking a long-term, varied, and engaging full-time position.

Completed vocational training in an IT or Electrical Engineering profession (or equivalent experience)
Experience
