Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering Engineer specializing in measurement and control technology within the industrial automation sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include the independent planning and execution of automation systems projects, focusing on measurement and control technology. Key tasks involve selecting and configuring hardware components, developing application-specific control software, and ensuring adherence to programming standards. The engineer will also be responsible for creating automation concepts for measuring devices, standardizing processes, and conducting product testing with specialized departments. A crucial part of the job involves training project engineers and field staff, as well as independently performing and supporting commissioning both domestically and internationally. Required qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering, multi-year professional experience in a comparable field (preferably cold rolling industry), and routine handling of automation and drive technology tools like Siemens STEP 7 classic and TIA Portal.
