Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Engineering Specialist or Supervisor to join a medium-sized company specializing in switchgear construction and electrical installation, focusing on solutions for rail infrastructure and energy/grid supply. Based in Geringswalde, the specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle of switchgear projects, including planning, detailed calculation, and quotation preparation. A core function involves leading and managing the switchgear construction team, overseeing workflow control for both mechanical and electrical cabinet assembly, and ensuring rigorous quality assurance and project documentation. The successful candidate will act as the key technical contact for customers and suppliers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and standards. Required qualifications include a Master Craftsman or Technician certification in Electrical Engineering, several years of relevant professional experience, and proven leadership and organizational competence.
