Job Summary
This role is for an IT System Administrator and Service Owner responsible for managing, operating, and continuously developing a heterogeneous IT infrastructure within a professional aviation services environment. Day-to-day tasks include administering Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID environments, managing Windows-based client/server systems, and utilizing foundational Linux knowledge. The professional will also oversee various business applications in collaboration with internal and external partners, handle IT tickets, provide user support via the helpdesk (including remote support), and participate in on-call rotation. Key qualifications include practical experience in network administration (DNS, DHCP, Firewall, vLAN), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and strong analytical skills. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT-related vocational training, a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification (Nice-to-have)
Experience
- Initial professional experience in the administration of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID
- Experience with Windows-based client and server environments
- Practical experience in network administration
- Experience working with virtualization solutions like VMware and Hyper-V
