Job Summary

This role calls for an experienced Technical Manager specializing in Electrical Building Services to oversee the reliable operation of technical systems within assigned properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing incoming technical reports via a ticket system, coordinating in-house technicians, and guiding external service providers. You will be responsible for the commissioning, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of all electrical and building technical systems, ensuring compliance with inspections (SV, SK, DGUV-V3) and maintaining thorough documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Master Craftsman or Certified Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, brings proven experience in ELT system maintenance, and possesses leadership skills, familiarity with CAFM systems, and strong commercial acumen.
