Job Summary
This role seeks a passionate and knowledgeable Master Electrician to lead and manage the electrical team, focusing on technical and organizational leadership within the plant and machine environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and overseeing electrotechnical projects, ensuring the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. A critical component of the role involves troubleshooting faults in machinery and systems, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Initially, the role requires significant travel for 1-2 years in an external field service capacity (two weeks on-site, one week home) to conduct assembly and commissioning work at customer facilities. The ideal candidate possesses a Master Electrician qualification, strong experience in electrical maintenance or project management, and excellent leadership and communication skills, coupled with a high willingness to travel and work independently.
