Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of modern IT and communications (ITK) systems, including associated software applications, for clients in Munich. Key responsibilities include conducting user training, providing technical consulting to identify system optimization potential, and creating detailed technical documentation. The technician will also independently manage smaller projects from planning through implementation. Candidates should possess a technical background in electrical engineering or ITK, strong foundational knowledge in network technology (WLAN, VoIP, Routing, Switching), and practical experience with ITK system setup, maintenance, and application adaptation. Experience with system administration in Microsoft and Linux environments is beneficial, alongside a high degree of diligence, customer focus, and the required Class B driving license.
