Job Summary

This role is for a qualified Electrical Design Engineer to join the Jonas & Redmann Group in Berlin, focusing on developing and constructing electrotechnical solutions for custom production systems in automation, handling, transport, and assembly. The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete electrical design of special machinery, including creating and maintaining circuit diagrams, parts lists, and control cabinet layouts using EPLAN P8. Day-to-day tasks involve independent project execution, ensuring timely implementation in compliance with E-standards and customer specifications, providing technical support during setup and commissioning, and performing hazard analyses and functional safety calculations (Sistema). Key qualifications include a technical degree or advanced technical certification (Technician/Master), professional experience in electrical design, proficiency in CAD systems like EPLAN 2.9, and knowledge of drive technology, pneumatics, sensor technology, and bus systems.
