Job Summary

This leadership role requires an expert in Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) to lead the site team and drive technological advancements in Upstream and Downstream processes. The Head of MS&T will be responsible for implementing improvement projects, ensuring strict adherence to GMP and HSE standards within the MS&T labs, and acting as the primary interface between production and global MS&T structures. Key duties include leading complex deviation investigations, defining CAPAs, developing small-scale models, and ensuring continuous process verification (CPV). Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Bioprocess Engineering or a comparable field, a minimum of five years in biopharma production, and proven leadership experience, alongside fluent German and English skills. This position is crucial for maintaining and optimizing the biopharmaceutical manufacturing process through scientific and technical support (Product Stewardship) and managing regulatory compliance during audits.
