This crucial role involves taking overall responsibility for coordinating and monitoring all individual projects and initiatives within a strategic efficiency program for the KLINGELNBERG Group, a global leader in mechanical engineering. The manager will be tasked with steering and supporting project leaders, ensuring strict adherence to time, cost, and quality targets. A major focus is on applying modern project management methodologies, identifying synergies and risks across complex, cross-departmental projects, and continuously optimizing processes. The position requires proactive reporting, including preparing status analyses and recommendations for action, directly to the executive management. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and demonstrable success in managing complex projects, ideally within the industrial or mechanical engineering sector.
