The manager is responsible for controlling construction progress and scheduling, leading subcontractors, and coordinating overall site operations in collaboration with the Project Management team. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent technical qualification, coupled with at least five years of relevant professional experience and deep expertise in technical regulations.
