Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Service Technician specializing in Intrusion Alarm Systems (EMA) within the safety and telecommunications sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of modern alarm systems, including installation, programming, commissioning, maintenance, and detailed troubleshooting. Key daily tasks involve meticulous documentation of technical records, performing measurements and tests according to DIN/VDE standards, and providing essential customer communication, instruction, and training, both on-site and remotely. The position requires a background in electrical or communications technology, multi-year experience with EMA systems, and familiarity with relevant industry norms (VdS, DIN EN 50131).
