Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Construction Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering, focusing on the installation and commissioning of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients across the DACH region. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site management, from setup to final handover, ensuring quality standards are met by coordinating subcontractors and project stakeholders. Key duties include managing project acceptance, ensuring compliance with accident prevention regulations (HSE documentation), and providing technical support for maintenance operations. Candidates must possess a background in electrical engineering (Meister, Technician, or degree level) with significant experience in site management, ideally within plant construction, and expertise in medium-voltage systems and renewable energy. This position requires extensive travel (4-5 days/week) and strong proficiency in both German and English.
