Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Service Technician responsible for executing repairs, service deployments, and commissioning tasks primarily within a 200 km radius of their residence, minimizing overnight stays. Key responsibilities include meticulous documentation of all service actions, handling technical customer support via phone and email from a home office setting, and providing technical advice and training to fellow service technicians. The technician will also manage spare parts and inventory. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics, coupled with strong communication and solution-oriented problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service and direct customer contact is highly desirable, and knowledge of ventilation or air conditioning technology is a significant advantage.
