Job Summary

This critical role involves acting as a Technical Estimator, responsible for creating precise calculations and preparing compelling offers for security technology projects, including fire alarm, intrusion detection, access control, video surveillance, and voice alarm systems. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing technical specifications, drawings, and project documentation, determining material, labor, and machinery costs, and evaluating subcontractor and supplier conditions. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree or equivalent qualification (e.g., in Construction or Electrical Engineering) and possesses experience in technical project estimation, preferably within the security technology sector. Success requires strong MS Office proficiency, technical understanding combined with business acumen, and fluent German communication skills, ensuring timely and accurate quotation submissions through close collaboration with sales, project management, and technical teams. The position offers significant impact on project success and includes a company car for private use.
