Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Service Technician to join a fourth-generation family business specializing in high-quality ventilation and air conditioning technology in Germany. You will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and commissioning of systems within a 200 km radius, requiring minimal overnight stays. Day-to-day tasks include precise documentation of service operations, independently handling technical inquiries, and providing technical support and training to colleagues. A key part of the role involves advising internal support staff via phone and email, with the option of working from a home office, and managing a small inventory of spare parts. The ideal candidate has a completed vocational qualification as an Electrician, Electronic Technician, or Mechatronic Technician, and while experience in customer service is a plus, entry-level professionals with the right training are strongly encouraged to apply.
