The Construction Cost Accountant will independently coordinate and prepare project invoicing in close collaboration with the site management team. Day-to-day tasks include creating accurate measurements and quantity calculations, preparing all necessary billing documents (including those for potential supplementary cost calculations), meticulously reviewing subcontractor invoices, and conducting regular actual-versus-target comparisons of costs and services for robust project control.
