Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive management of large-scale energy storage installations, from site setup to final completion. The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning and supervising the entire installation process, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and safety regulations (HSE). Key requirements include a background in electrical engineering (degree or vocational training with Meister/Techniker qualification), significant professional experience in construction site management, particularly in plant construction, and practical experience with medium-voltage systems. The position requires a proactive, dedicated personality with high willingness to travel (4-5 days/week) across the DACH region, excellent German skills, and good English skills.
