Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients, from site setup through to final handover. The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning and supervising installation projects, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring quality standards are met across all construction sites. A core component of the job is managing adherence to safety regulations, creating necessary Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) documentation, and coordinating closely with all project stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a background in electrical engineering, proven experience in construction site management—ideally focused on plant construction—and practical knowledge of medium-voltage systems. This position requires significant travel (4-5 days/week) within the DACH region, offering the chance to actively shape the energy transition within a dynamic, startup-like environment.
