Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Service Technician specializing in security and communication systems, contributing to safer living and working environments as part of the G&N Group. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, programming, commissioning, and maintenance of various security systems such as fire alarm (BMA), intrusion detection (EMA), access control, video surveillance, and voice alarm (SAA/ELA) systems. The technician will be responsible for meticulous documentation, conducting tests according to relevant norms (DIN VDE, EN 54, DIN 14675), and providing comprehensive on-site customer support, instruction, and remote service. The ideal candidate holds a completed professional education in electrical or information technology, possesses several years of relevant experience, and has fluent German language skills, along with a Class B driving license.
