Job Summary

This role involves managing the complete installation process for large-scale energy storage systems, contributing directly to the energy transition and sustainable power supply. The Construction Manager will oversee projects from site setup to final handover, ensuring high quality and safety standards are met. Key responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, managing project-related health, safety, and environment (HSE) documentation, and ensuring compliance with accident prevention regulations. The ideal candidate possesses a background in electrical engineering (Electrician, Mechatronics, or relevant degree/Master/Technician qualification) and extensive experience in site management, particularly in plant construction and medium-voltage systems. This position requires a proactive, solution-oriented professional with a high willingness to travel across the DACH region (4-5 days/week), offering the attractive benefits of a company car (for private use) and flexible working options including home office.
