Job Summary

Join a fourth-generation family company specializing in innovative ventilation technology as a Service Technician, primarily serving the greater Potsdam area (within a 200 km radius, without regular overnight stays). In this autonomous role, you will be responsible for executing repairs, service assignments, and commissioning tasks. Key day-to-day duties include preparing detailed work reports and protocols, managing technical customer service processing, and providing remote support (phone/email, including home office options) to internal teams. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics, though entry-level professionals are welcome. Experience in ventilation or air conditioning technology is a plus, but not mandatory.
